Refund Policy

  • Full Refund within 24 Hours: You can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund After 24 Hours: For refund requests made after 24 hours, we can only offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the order amount. This is because the package is typically prepared and dispatched to customs, incurring costs for us to recall it.
  • No Refund After Shipment: Once your package has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, no refund requests will be accepted.
  • Order Amendments: You can amend your order on or before 11:00 PM (PDT -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at support@bestbigpuff.com to request changes.
  • Refund Acceptance Window: Refunds are only accepted within 3 days of purchase and before shipment. No refunds will be issued after the order has been shipped.

Shipping, Customs, and Delivery Issues

  • Insurance for EU Countries: All packages shipped to EU countries are insured. If a package is detained by customs and not released, we will either reship the package or issue a full refund. Please note that insurance coverage applies only to EU countries.
  • Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues: If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other customer-related issues, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bestbigpuff.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
